As my wife's eyes glaze over for the millionth time I think 'I need a Crossfit blog'. Maybe with a difference as I'm a little older than some of my fellow visitors to Crossfit Leeds.
We shall see.
So today's interesting stuff had included a video of Mark Felix by glorious victory - are they in some sort of scrapyard? Really atmospheric.
Also a dull video of people doing a WOD at the top of a tall building. Not climbing it. On the top. In the cold. Never have I been so bored watching Annie Thorsdottir.
Far more interesting was Jami at Thames Crossfit showing is another way to work ankle and hip flexion. Good to see another bunch of options for working these areas.
